1. Scope of Use & Eligibility
Target Audience: Our Site, professional hardware (including the AP338, AP035, and AP4020 models), ignition interlocks, and testing simulators are designed primarily for commercial entities, law enforcement agencies, fleet managers, and institutional safety monitoring.
Age Requirement: By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
2. Commercial Purchases & Account Security
Order Acceptance: All orders placed through the Site or via an official commercial invoice are subject to availability and formal acceptance by Alcopatrol Inc. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline service at our sole discretion.
Account Responsibility: If you register for an account to use our IoT Alcohol Monitoring web platform, you are entirely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. 3. IoT Data & Platform Connectivity Disclaimer
Data Transmission: Certain Alcopatrol hardware devices leverage 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth technologies to transfer breath test records directly to our cloud servers.
Network Failures: Alcopatrol Inc. relies on third-party telecommunication providers and web infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, lag-free, or 100% error-free data synchronization.
Data Retention & Privacy: Your transmission and storage of personal or organizational telemetry data are securely handled in compliance with our standard privacy protocols. However, it is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that testing individuals have consented to data collection under local privacy laws.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Proprietary Content: All content, designs, trade names, logos, text, graphics, operational interfaces, software source code, firmware, and user manual literature hosted on our Site or embedded within our hardware are the exclusive intellectual property of Alcopatrol Inc. and its licensors.

Your misuse of Alcopatrol testing equipment or IoT cloud applications.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Venue for Arbitration: Any formal legal dispute, litigation, or claim arising directly out of these Terms or the operational deployment of Alcopatrol assets shall be filed and resolved exclusively within the competent state or federal courts located in Texas, USA.
